One-Pot Taco Rigatoni


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups uncooked rigatoni pasta
  • 1 can (4.5 oz.) green chilies
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) chunky salsa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • The Game Plan

    1. Brown ground beef; add taco seasoning mix, stirring to coat beef. Add pasta, chilies, salsa and water, stirring to combine. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to simmering. Cover; cook about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until pasta is tender.

    2 Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Cover; let stand about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
